How do I return an item?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
- - They must be in original condition.
- - Unwashed and unworn.
- - In the original packaging.
- - With original tags still attached.
If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 30 days ago, the item is no longer available for sale, or if the item was purchased using an in-store credit code as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
Are there any charges for the return?
- - There are no extra charges for doing a return.
- - Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- - At this time we do not cover the return shipping cost.
- - If you choose to exchange your item we cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item.
How soon will I get my refund/exchanged item?
- - Once you have registered your return we will send a confirmation e-mail which will include a returnsheet that must be placed inside the the package together with the returned product(s). Please note that all returned items that does not include the return sheet will be rejected.
- - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
- - If your return is approved, a refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
- - If your exchange is approved, the exchanged item will be shipped out within 4 business days from day of approval.
