Returns & Exchanges

We strive to make your experience with Synelite as smooth as possible & our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the products you purchase. If you for some reason would like to return a product, do not hesitate to contact us. 

 Note that all returned items must have all original tags attached, in original packaging, be unworn & be unwashed.

 

To begin processing any type of return, contact our Customer Service team and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product.

You can contact us by emailing info@synelitelifestyle.com . Once we have received the product and the return has been processed by our warehouse, we can issue the exchange or the in-store credit code to your e-mail. Please note that we are unable to accept returns that are dropped off by a customer at any of our warehouse locations.
                                                                                                                                 

• If you would like to return an item for another item or size, we will exchange your item to any item of equal value.

• If you would like to return an item, we ONLY offer in-store credit that you can use towards a future purchase. The in-store credit applied is for the price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery.

• If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, or is not the product that you ordered, we can send a replacement right away and provide a prepaid return label for our domestic customers to retrieve the item. If international, please contact us and we will let you know the next steps.

• If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 30 days ago, the item is no longer available for sale, or if the item was purchased using an in-store credit code as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.


 

Domestic Customers

If you would like to return an item for another item or size, we will exchange your item to any item of equal value, unfortunately we can not cover the return shipping cost although we will cover the new shipping cost of the exchange.

International Customers

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return shipping labels for customers outside Sweden. If you have a problem with a product, please contact our Customer Service department.
