Please make sure to read our terms & conditions before making a purchase to make sure your experience runs as smooth as possible.

 

Orders

  • We are not able to make any changes in purchased orders. All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.  To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.  
  • Synelite Lifestyle is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances the shipping company is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo their delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages & work quickly to come up with a solution.
  • All claims will be thoroughly reviewed case by case; claims may take up to 3 weeks to process. Once your claim has been reviewed we will start working to take proper actions to resolve this mishap. Until then, your kind patience is much appreciated.
  • Filing a claim does not guarantee you will be partially or fully compensated/reimbursed for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.
  • Although we understand the frustration over lost parcels, Synelite Lifestyle can not take any responsibility for the mishap. The responsibility lays with the shipping company only, this means that Synelite Lifestyle can not under any circumstances reimburse you for the undelivered product before the shipping company has finished their investigation into the claim.


Shipping

  • Orders are generally shipped out within 1 - 3 business days from day of purchase. We do not ship out on Sundays, Saturdays & holidays.  
  • Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed under customer’s account. Please dubble check all information given before completing your purchase. 
  • Synelite Lifestyle is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid address. 
  • All returning packages due to wrong address will be sent a verification email. Customers will have 72 hours to respond, failure to reply within 72 hours will automatically result in order cancellation.
  • Customer’s funds will be transferred to store credit.

    Domestic orders/shipping

    • Orders are generally received within 5 business days after date of fulfillment.
    • Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service.

    International orders/shipping

    • Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.
    • Payment of any duties and taxes is always the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
    • International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.
    • Orders are generally received within 10-12 business days
    • Shipping dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experience through postal service.


    Returns/Exchanges

    •  As for now, all returns of items purchased on this website can only be issued a in-store credit code for the same value as the returned item.  All return requests must submitted within 30 days of purchase.   Each item must have the original tags attached and be unworn as well as unwashed.  Synelite Lifestyle will not issue any refunds on returned products.
    • All exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value.  If requested items are of lower value than the original product(s) being exchanged, we will pay out the difference as a in-store credit code sent to your email which can be used for your next purchase.   
    • All returns/exchanges must contain the Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be requested within 30 days of receiving your shipment. 
    • Any packages arriving with an RA number written on the outside will be returned to the sender.
    • You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges. If you request an exchange, we will waive the Standard Shipping fee on your new order. 
    • Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time.
    • Store credits are issued with a discount code that will be emailed to your email address associated with the order.
    • We are not able to accept returns for Synelite Lifestyle products not purchased directly through our website for any reason.  
    • All items purchased through our website must be returned or exchanged directly through Synelite Lifestyle. 

    Products

    • Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. 
    • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 
    • We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 
    • We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

     

    Discount Codes

    • All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.  
    • For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalized and payment has been accepted.
    • Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.
    • Discount codes can not be combined with other sales/deals. If a discount code is applied at checkout the original sale/deal will automatically turn back to original pricing.

    Currency exchange/fluctuation rates

    • International exchange rates are implemented.
    • Exchange rates fluctuate depending on the daily foreign exchange market.

     Sales

    • All sale items are final.
    • We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items. 
    •  Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale.  Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of the sale. 

    DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    • We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. 
    • We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. 
    • You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. 
    • You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. 
    • In no case shall Synelite Lifestyle, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
